'(500) Days of Summer' (I thought it was a corny film but I was completely wrong), 'Hesher' (yeah, I was a bit weepy), and I'm about to watch 'reGeneration'.

Revenge isn't considered a soap, it's a drama series.Sunny Saver wrote:It's soooo addictive though FunnyThingy or maybe I'm a sucker for US soaps that go on forever. I used to like Melrose Place too, but series 2 has not been shown here or if it has I've missed it.
Also I thought Mr Japanese Man might have gotten rid of Amanda, but obviously not.
Also No 2, think of my mother and aunt who have to listen to what happened without really knowing what I am talking about.
Also No 3, think of my husband who has to listen to it in the background while he's doing something else.
Also No 4, what am I going to do when it ends??! It's not like Prison Break where you can break in and out of prison... once she's got her revenge, she's got it.

And ha ha, Melrose Place got cancelled, hence no more episodes.
If you like addictive (quality) viewing, Homeland is definitely the show to go for.

21 and The Artist - Amazing
A horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks, "Why the long face?"
A pony walks into the bar and whispers, "I'll have a beer, please." The barkeeper asks, "Why are you whispering?".
"I'm a little hoarse."

I'm a bit ashamed to say I watched Loopers on streaming. That's one of the rare films I wanted to p*y for - even though I'm not that into action and sci-fi - until I did my accounts...
I couldn't wait, I watched it, and it's pretty good!! Would love to see it in a big screen though!
Now I'm watching Finding Nemo
