Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for a parcel to arrive back at our warehouse, however it is often much quicker than this. We will let you know when we receive your return back on the 'My H&M' section of our website. After we have processed your return, it will take 3 to 5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account.

In the meantime, we would be happy to help you replace your order for the correct items, or you are welcome to wait until your refund clears. We have sent you a �5.00 voucher code to use on your next order as a gesture of apology for dispatching the wrong items to you. This will be arriving with you in the post in the next 7 working days."

Are they stupid? I don't want a refund, I want the right items!! In three weeks I'll be gone! Rraaaaaahhhh I knew I shouldn't have done that!! :evil: :wall: :wall: :wall:

There was you thinking that you had things organised and THEY have let you down.
I would use the voucher they've given (hopefully you can use it instore) but I think your experience is a lesson to us all about H & M. :X

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.
