I've warned a few folk to avoid H&M online. That's what people power is about! Serves them right for having poor customer service.

I only ever use H&M online if there a several discount codes to be stacked & I'm not in any rush at all for the order, you can get some real bargains & my daughter inparticular is super fussy about what she wears & loves their clothes & it seems silly to p*y full price if you don't have to, but deliveries can take a very long time & should not be relied upon. Sad to hear people are having such difficulties.

I wished I knew that!
I'm still waiting for the £5 voucher, too.
And for Orange to p*y me back from my September phone actually. Maybe for Christmas...? :v

Right now I am feeling quite guilty and am trying not to cave in, I know Christmas is all about family, but should I feel guilty & should I cave?

For at least the last 10 years I have cooked Christmas dinner for the whole family, which just keeps growing, parents, siblings, nieces, aunt, last few years have had 14 for Xmas dinner, 10 extra people! They always say they'll contribute (end up with a box of crackers if lucky) and they'll help (they don't, not really) and on top of this Xmas is one of the busiest periods at work and I have often had to go to work at 6pm after entertaining all day.

This year my sister & her family are going to her inlaws for dinner & coming to us in the evening, I was hoping my mum brother & his wife & my aunt would have dinner together, so there would be just the 4 of us to cook for, this year, first time in ages have the whole of Xmas day off, so invited everyone over for the evening instead, so we will all spend time together.

However, my brother & his wife spend all their time in their room & my sister is piling the pressure that my mum will spend most of the day just with my elderly aunt if at home with my brother and can't I just have them all over as usual.

I don't know what to do, I just wanted one year, where I am not running round like a headless chicken and can relax and enjoy myself, am I being selfish?

No you are not being selfish, I think they all are being selfish for expecting you to entertain them for another year.

We go out for Xmas lunch to a hotel as I want a day off and not wait on other people!
