Pancake Day
So, its Pancake day tomorrow and I wondered what everyone will be doing to celebrate?
Hoping to go and get pancakes, or make some of my own. Anyone recommend a good place for pancakes in London or got any good tips for making pancakes, or even for toppings?

Re: Pancake Day
I made pancakes for dinner last night! Couldn't bring myself to wait for Tuesday.
Had high quality Vanilla ice cream and lots of maple syrup! Yum!
For tomorrow I've b*ght some mini creme eggs, gonna melt a few within a pancake and add some icecream.
Love pancakes
Although, I cook them more like a crepe than a pancake

Yes, get someone else to make them.Livi92 wrote:got any good tips for making pancakes?

For warm pancakes (I say pancakes, but like mobilephone, I make crepes instead), a bit of butter is gorgeous on its own, or if you're feeling indulgent, banana, cinnamon and maple syrup take some beating.
Oh, that looks good. Thanks for the link, I'd never heard of this place! Must test it out soon.canadian_turtle wrote:Go to the Dutch pancake house! There are a few locations in London

Re: Pancake Day
I do traditional with lemon and sugar and eat them as I cook them. They only take a few minutes to make and I might even do the mini egg one as my farewell to chocolate until Easter Sunday
