My inspiration for today is more suitable for the weight watchers thread , so I will post it there , pop over and have a read :)

But for all those who are catching up and cant find that particular post in that extremely busy and packed thread (!) here it is especially for you :)

As its a Sunday morning , going for a run on a Sunday morning when the roads and fields are so peaceful really is one if life's great pleasures and so today's quote below is themed accordingly :)

"That's the thing about running : your greatest runs are rarely measured by racing success. They are moments in time when running allows you to see how wonderful your life is "

Kara Goucher

So if your not doing anything then why not treat yourself to a run today :)

Have a wonderful day !

Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing it is stupid

People are often unreasonable, irrational and self centered - Forgive them anyway
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives - Be kind anyway
If you are successful you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies - Succeed anyway
If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you - Be honest and sincere anyway
What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight - Create anyway
If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous - Be happy anyway
The good you do today, will often be forgotten - Do good anyway

I don't know who is responsible for this amazing quote but maybe our resident scholar (and lover of showgirls ! :D ) Euminides can help in crediting the person

Ive had a crazy week this week so i'm reeeeaaallyy glad the weekend here is here ! Have a wonderful weekend everyone !

Some quotes from Will Smith:

"If you're not willing to work hard, let someone else do it. I'd rather be with someone who does a horrible job, but gives 110% than with someone who does a good job and gives 60%."

"Throughout life people will make you mad, disrespect you and treat you bad. Let God deal with the things they do, cause hate in your heart will consume you too."

"I've always considered myself to be just average talent and what I have is a ridiculous insane obsessiveness for practice and preparation."
Preferred Cinemas: Vue West End, Cineworld Haymarket, Finchley Rd, Odeon West End, Odeon Leicester Square, Cineworld Shaftesbury Ave, Odeon Panton St, Holloway Rd, West India Quays or anywhere in central London.

I've been on my hols but you're doing just fine. There are a few FMUKers who're Gibran fans actually, at least one carries his quote in their signature.

Some quotes on Courage:

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition" - Steve Jobs

"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along" - Eleanor Roosevelt[/b]

"Faced with what is right, to leave it undone shows a lack of courage" - Confucius

"What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?" - Vincent Van Gogh

"Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them" - Bruce Lee
