Don't worry, it was added afterwards. I put it there so it is easier to find later on... or if people are seeing this post later on. ;)

Okay, I have added a guest list, for our door security (we don't want anyone just wondering into our event!), so if you are not on the list, please let me know, as I have counted from the votes 62 people, but I only have 56 names, based on who has posted here, and who has since sent me their apologies.

Oh, I'm definitely coming, please put me on the proper list! o/ I only won't turn up if the world ends, or something disastrous like that. I have booked the day off and promise not to sign up for any shows that afternoon. o/

Like I'd miss the opportunity to meet the Manchester crew! :p

Also, if any wants to swap anything, i.e. cinema vouchers, please bring it along! Or if anyone is feeling generous, bring along an item for the lucky dip, something you got for free and don't want or can make use of, as someone on here may want or could make use of (Beate's idea)!

So to re-cap
1 Hat Comp
2 Fancy Dress Comp
3 Swap shop
4 Lucky dip

Thank you!
I have at least one film related item which someone else may like, but is not for me so I think a lucky dip is a great idea.
Oh my goodness I hope its not what I think it is 8O No one else will have one and I really did think it was perfect for you for a special occasion. ;)

It will be one fun day.

If anyone wants to join us tourists for a spot of sightseeing in the morning please sign up for an Artpass http://www.artfund.org/telegraph as we will be going into Kensington Palace which will be free with the pass. It takes up to 10 days to arrive. I will post an itinerary shortly (making sure that everyone is happy and adding suggestions on the way) so anyone can join us at anytime along the way and everything we plan to do will be free. Tourists so far are myself, akh43, steve, Betty Botter, Yogi and OH, Andrews, Jeanelle, Jordsmum, rawr_xoxo and The Fox. We will be easy to spot as we will all have been up since about 5am so will be looking a tad tired.

I only know a few of the people on the confirmed list, but it would be great to get to meet some more of you. Especially those of you arriving by train - what an effort!

PS Is the Art Pass like a Tastecard? I.e. it's not one of those pesky trials that needs cancelling and can be successfully nabbed more than once?
