I don't know if something has changed on this site or within microsoft outlook, but since yesterday, all notification emails i have been sent have been flagged as junk.
Just a heads-up to anyone else who might be effected.

That's how your mail provider has set their spam settings. You need a white list.

Just thought I'd mention - I didn't receive any alerts (not just Free Films) last Friday through to this morning. I read EVERY post on this thread and tried every suggestion to sort the problem with no success.
Last night after checking the site again, I logged out before closing rather than simply closing the site. This morning I had 21 alerts waiting for me!
I've had several more throughout the course of today so all seems to be well again. Hopefully this might help others having the same problem.

I'm loathe to post a reply on here 
but I don't know what to do next.
I've tried everything suggested within the thread ('mark all forums as read', checking my subscriptions, unsubscribing and re-subscribing, logging out and back in) but I'm still not receiving any alerts to subscribed threads or to new replies when I check "Notify me when a reply is posted" (or notification to a new PM too).
It's been like this for a few days now and I understand that notification e-mail limits can sometimes be reached, but I wondered if there was any other circumstance that might prevent alerts being sent from my login and what I might be able to do or if any other users are experiencing the same issues?
