Re: Black Rock
Hey, I got the standard sky movies email recently and noticed under the free movies bit it says "only 2 sets of tickets can be booked per sky account in each calendar month". Does anyone know if this is new? or if they actually stick to it? I've not had a problem booking more than 2 films per month previously and don't want to risk missing better films in June by having already booked Black Rock! Can't see anything regarding this on their FAQ.

It does indeed look as though Sky are applying this restriction!Taz wrote:Hey, I got the standard sky movies email recently and noticed under the free movies bit it says "only 2 sets of tickets can be booked per sky account in each calendar month". Re: Black Rock

Its the date of that the screening takes place that matters.andymack wrote:next question then is it the month you book it in or is it the month the film is to be screened in......?

If you were to book for 2 different films that are to be shown in june, that is your june allocation gone.
Moral of this story : choose wisely & cancel any films you cannot go to.....there will be a sharp decline in sky tickets being put up as "offered", i'd guess.

Re: Black Rock
well i just cancelled the stuck in love one.......is there a list anywhere of the free movies that they will be showing in the coming month?
Re: Black Rock
Do you know any friends / family that subscribe to sky movies ? It is quite easy (with their permission, of course) to use their unused allocation.
As for a which films to choose...well sky tend to do 1 screening per week, so you get to choose 2 out of 4 each month. I suspect alot of booking / cancelling will take place. Book when they are released & cancel if something better is released.
