Mike and Molly is shown here, albeit it's on Comedy Central (I get it via my sky subscription). I watched the first season a while back but have to admit that I wasn't overly taken by it didn't bother continuing to follow it but it did have its laugh out loud moments, a bit like The Heat.

Don't think I liked it as much as some but I enjoyed it. Both were good in their lead roles but some of the jokes were a little predictable and over-egged. It was funny in places and I would generally recommend. 7/10.

4/10.
Disappointed as expectations were high and surprised by the foul language. Also felt that Sandra Bullock is letting her standards slip though McCarthy has already done that with Identity Thief. It's sad when script writers revert to cheap fat jokes and vulgarity for its own sake. I think this was a missed opportunity and I won't be watching any sequels. However, the rave reviews here tell a different story so the film will be commercially huge. Feig will be laughing all the way to the bank.

I thought it was a pretty mediocre film, only partially saved by Melissa McCarthy's great performance. Sandra Bullock was two dimensional, unconvincing, and not very funny. .Also scenes of cops torturing suspects - played for laughs - rubs me up the wrong way.

Not awful, but a bit forgettable.

LOL at your comments regarding 212. It's OK if your lead characters use every swear-word permutation known to man but if Azealia Banks does it, you have a problem.

I know! I guess playing the full song would put it at an NC-17 rating in the states.

This was definitely a disappointment after Bridesmaids, but it's also funny enough for what it offers. I didn't enjoy Bullock's comedy that much, and the swearing was way too excessive, but in the second half the jokes are actually funny, and McCarthy is great.

My friend and I really enjoyed this movie, very easy to watch, we laughed out loud from start to finish. Fun storyline and althoug it's not a' complex plot it held our attention. Definitely recommend, it's a feel good film :-D
