I got that email too but it seems to have gone through fine on my credit card. I didn't get another email saying it was a mistake though.

I got my ticket in the post today, woohoo. The deal said you would receive the ticket 7 working days after the deal closes so that is today. If you didnt catch the post this morning, its possibly waiting for you when you get back home.

Also for those who recommend others, your account credit should now be available as it comes through if the person you recommended doesnt cancel their transaction after a 7 day period.

I got my £1 city deal tickets today and so did the friends I recommended. According to MSE a few people have got their tickets today. A person claiming to be from My City Deal posted yesterday to say the tickets had gone in the post and to expect them today or by Monday and mine came today,so assume that that post was true and hopefully everyone should be getting their tickets in the next couple of days.

Tilda, the UK’s number one Basmati brand, has launched the blockbuster free cinema ticket promotion again. Back by popular demand, this on-pack promotion offers consumers a night out at the movies.

The promotion, giving away a free ticket to any film at Cineworld and selected independents, is running across Tilda Basmati sacks (4kg to 20kg) from 22nd March 2010.

If anyone spots a 4kg bag of rice anywhere, please let me know. Last time this offer was on, the largest bags of Tilda rice I could find were 2kg.
