Thought that this would be a solid horror flick and for the most part it was but in the final fifteen or so minutes it
really ups it's game

.
Loved the soundtrack, loved the dead pan delivery of the numerous comical lines and all in all was really blown away by just how good this movie actually was.
That's not to say it was perfect (most of the characters were pretty two dimensional) but it comfortably deserves an 8/10 from me

...
P.S it was great to see Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator/From Beyond) back in the horror genre after all this time (she's still got it

)...

Just back from a full screening at Cineworld Edinburgh. A few "jumps" but on the whole it was funny more than scary.
Nice to see chelle1973 again and meet her parents.

I loved the way it seamlessly morphed into comedy. The last third was just dynamite - gag after gag. I think I probably laughed more at the big final speech than I have at a lot of comedies. Cracking John Carpenteresque synth soundtrack too.
4/5 I think. A nice little surprise.

I quite enjoyed this film, not very scary but very gory! Few LOL moments too! Soundtrack was pretty good! 7/10

Nice to see biggins & friend again.

Enjoyed it but took a while to get in to after the am dram at the start
on the screen and in the aisles, from the lack of comments I'm guessing this didn't happen everywhere.
It's a pity it still used a lot of the standard horror tropes despite being a bit more knowing in other parts.
They were trying to establish a pattern so the cops would think there were a gang of crazed serial killers on the loose whose trademark was writing "you're next" in the victim's blood.
This would suggest that the family of the real crooks were just unlucky & not the focus of the killings
You should google the manson family's murder of sharon tate for a similar real life example.
