Re: The Book thread
Started to work my way through Karin Slaughter's books. So far so good, although I somewhat wish my imagination was not this good.

Working my way through George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire...I've just finished the 5th book A Dance with Dragons and quite sad that I have to wait (possibly years) before the next book is published....

Re: The Book thread
The books I reserved at the library are still 'on their way' (have been for what seems like eternity) so with the movie out decided to give How I Live Now a go. We'll see, we'll see.

I've just finished reading 'Dark Visions: A collection of Modern Horror', with 13 short stories from award-winning authors such as Jonathan Maberry, Ray Garton and John F.D. Taff.

Re: The Book thread
I've just reviewed 'Remains of the Dead' by Iain McKinnon. This is his 2011 follow up to 'Domain of the Dead' and is more or less a straight-up action horror tale.

Re: The Book thread
As it sometimes takes a long time to get reserved books from my library, I'm working my way through several different series. Done with book one of Tess Gerritsen's Rizzoli & Isles (so different than the show! but I like it) and now reading first Jack Reacher by Lee Child. So far so good, more reservations made :)
