Carte Noire Penguin Books Prize Draw: Terms & Conditions
1.To enter, you will need to sign-up for a Carte Noire coffee sample and fill in your name and address. No p*rchase is necessary.
2.The prize draw is open to UK residents only. Employees and their immediate families of Kraft Foods, their agents, Penguin books or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
3. A maximum of one entry per household is permitted. No third party of bulk claim.
4. There are 300 prizes of a Penguin book (various titles) to be won over the period of January to March 2010 (100 per month). The winners will be the first 100 valid entries selected at random by an independent party from the entries that sign-up for a Carte Noire sample within each calendar month through the website: www.cartenoire.co.uk.
5. The closing date for receipt of entries for the last draw is the 30th March 2010.
6. All prize winners will be sent their prize using the address details provided by them when they sign up for their free sample of Carte Noire coffee within 28 days of the closing date for each draw (30th September, 31st October, 30th November, 31st December).
7. The prize is subject to availability. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
