Good luck with your diets, exercise and weigh-ins everybody o/ :D
Congratulations on the weight loss, just takes that 1 or 2 times with the exercise and you soon get back in to routine. I'm off for another run tonight, hopefully I've got another 5km in me. Just been the morrisons to pick up my green tea with lemon,it's the only caffeine I have now. Stick to that and water at all times. Hope everyones week is going well

Well done Preston1990 that is brilliant o/

I've stayed the same which is surprising as I've had 4 meals out in a week so I'm happy.

Alameals you are certainly an inspiration and I reall need to stop going out so much and exercise more :nono:

Well done Preston! o/ That 's a great amount to lose.

I am just home from swimming in the outdoor pool and managed twenty minutes swimming before the heavens opened. Hate swimming in the rain as it is cold on your back and my hair get soaking wet. Think I caught a cold from the recycled air on the plane coming home as I have been sneezing all morning. :X

Can I just say that you are ALL an inspiration -- well done on exercise regimes, weight loss and constant encouragement to others.

The flowers of victory belong in many vases! o/ ;)

Well Done on the swimming front Biggins - outdoors in October, now that takes dedication :D

Well Done Diane too, for once again maintaining your sylph-like figure whilst socialising to the max, you party animal you! o/

Good luck with tonight's run Alameals - let us know how you get on! I reckon any time is a good time for a 5k run - I certainly couldn't do it. o/

Evening all. Just did another 5k in 34:48. Made up with that. Although my left knee feels a bit stiff after it. Going to throw some ice on it shortly and hope it's nothing. I'm exhausted to say the least.

Evening all. My knee is still playing up after the other night so I'm doing an hour on the exercise bike instead, no pressure on my knee that way and hopefully I can have a run over the weekend. Hope everyone is well

Please rest your knee if it is playing up as you will cause further damage to it. It must be so frustrating for you when you are doing so well. Me on the other hand I have been working too many hours and going out far too much to fit in any exercise or to plan proper meals :nono: It is my choice to go out so(too) much plus to work a silly number of hours (I like my holidays so have to put in the hours). DD is home from university this weekend so will probably have at least one large meal but I will have time to exercise on both Saturday and Sunday so can't make any excuses. You certainly are an inspiration especially as the rest of us are being fairly quiet at the moment (I wonder why?) but if I don't get myself back on track I'll be back to square one :wall:

Thanks for the concern Diane,it was just a niggle so kept it to a light cycle on the exercise bike, stayed on for an hour but at a very light level so kept the pressure off my knee and it felt fine, feels fine now as well really so it was probably nothing. I'll hopefully find time for a good run this weekend as well. Probably quiet here with the winter chills setting in, I think most people can't find the motivation when it is wet and cold outside,I certainly find it much harder to get up and go than those lovely cool summer evenings. It's my birthday next week so I'm expecting cake!!! I look forward to that day

Finally coming back from the dizzy/headache flu thing urgh, it was a doozy. Didn't stop me eating unfortunately but did stop me exercising so 2 lbs up eek. Going to go swimming on sunday for the first time in months and then start back with some Tiffany on monday (maybe tomorrow if I feel up to it)
Tesco have 2 packs of the nice flavoured ryvita for £2 at the moment too for those like me who enjoy the cardboard!
Alameals well done, you're doing so well keeping that motivation up! Biggins brrrrr, legendary to be swimming outdoors in October!
Diane and Preston need to be keeping me in check! And laughing, that burns calories doesn't it?

Have a great weekend everyone x
