ejwrank wrote:Now I'm getting worried about you Diane, thinking that you have to go up onto your roof 4 times in order to fulfill your weight loss regime. I do hope you are being careful and not doing any exercises whilst up there. I won't mention your posting about the lovely looking cake and tea shop that you mentioned on the FMUKcon thread. Sounds pretty terrific and as we went to Harrogate recently and enjoyed lots of proper teas we think this Northern tradition is a very fine one.
Ha ha and so pleased that you are keeping the tearooms as our secret ;) Harrogate is so lovely and must agree that the tea rooms there are something special. I did actual suggest that we could have coffee and cakes up on the roof as it was a lovely view of evrybody's roofs even my neighbours came up for a look at one stage we had 8 of us up there

As I'm working 8 until 7 it will be a bit snacky day but will keep under the 1200 calories.

Belvita biscuit and a yoghurt (twice today as will have to eat in my car between patients I know not ideal nutrition wise) (600 calories)
Cup a soup and a slice of bread plus an apple (300 calories)
Carrot and coriander soup with another slice of bread followed by a chocolate options at bedtime (300 calorie).

I will do a Tiffany Rothe workout as haven't moved my body a lot lately and really have to get it together.
Good luck everyone today and let's get this thread buzzing again o/

Morning all, absolute zero exercise this weekend but I made up for it in house work, I must say my house and Garden has never looked so good and I've never felt so tired. My work jeans are starting to feel nice and loose when I put them on today, my wife kindly mentioned how she can see my boxer shorts so I'll have to dig out my belt. If all goes to plan I'll be off for a run straight after work today.

Evening all. Just did a 5k in 34:45, new PB. Over the moon with that, maybe the weekend off exercise gave me that extra push. I'll have to go back a page or two but think I only beat my PB by 3 seconds lol.
