Looks like we were both shaking are booty yesterday! I was really hungry yesterday as first day of counting calories properly for a long time but I'm sure that it will get easier :cross:

Menu of the day
Belvita biscuits followed by a handful of blackberries (from the blackberry picking session a few weeks ago) with natural yoghurt (300 calories)
The last of the carrot and coriander soup with a slice of bread (300 calories)
Tesco Thai green curry (445 calories)
150 calories to spare and will definitely do an hours exercise today.

Have a fun day everyone and keep posting. o/

Morning all, Tuesdays are weigh in day for me. I've lost only 1lb,was hoping for at least 2 but I can't say it's dampened my spirit, I feel great, I feel healthy and more energetic plus that 1lb takes me under 14 stone, great to see the 13's again. I guess I just need to push that little bit more and I'll be glad to see the back of all these birthdays I've been celebrating for people. Hope everyone is well and ready for an another active day

Well done alameals that is brilliant and there is something significant about getting under a certain stone mark plus the feeling healthy is the best part of all o/

WooHoo :cheer:

Well done on losing another pound Alameals and getting below the 14 stones.

All those 5k runs are p*ying off for you and your times are creeping downwards too as your fitness improves. o/

I was impressed to hear you've been doing those Tiffany workouts Moggers! o/

Was I the only person alarmed to hear about Diane's roof walking exploits, ......:shifty: .... captured on film here 8O

http://www.liveleak.com/ll_embed?f=2fd20d95dd3f

Gotta say that her :shifty: arms are looking very toned though. Must be all those Tiffany Rothe exercises :P

Today's Menu

1. Fruit and nut muesli with semi skimmed milk.

2. Shop b*ght Chicken Patia curry with lemon pilau rice and veggie korma sidedish. Sorry Moviemannn, but it was so reduced that it would have been rude not to b*y it! ;)

3. Ham salad.

4. Tea and toast and pate.

Going to have a little rowing machine and exercise bike action whilst watching the NASA Apollo dvds today. Half an hour should do it - it's early days yet and I don't want to overdo it at first!!

Be good everyone! :D

No Preston you were not the only one worried about Diane65's roof walking escapade. I worried she might take to doing some exercises up high and sure enough, your video proves this. She even managed to get most of her neighbours up on the roof according to a later post-- honestly that woman can make a social occasion out of anything! She claims it was so they could see the neighbourhood from up high but I fear that cakes may have been involved.
