Ok peoples of the weight watchers thread, check in. Today is the start of a new week and we need a bit of motivation!! I myself had a huge weekend so the time to behave is now! School run to pick up my dancing princess so a cheeky wee 2 mile walk, changed all the beds for DH coming home ( he's back home yay!) even the top bunk of DS which has a bed tent (always a challenge lol) 2loads of washing and ironing tonight. So far so good 2 ryvita chilli with ham for breakfast, just about to have lunch ( weight watchers soup with pepper crackerbread and leerdammer light) and will make homemade chilli con carne for dinner as it's tasty and the hairy mans favourite.

Glad to hear your OH is on his way home and you have been busy, moggers, getting it all ready.

Oh he's home, scan was good this morning so discharged! So glad to have him back, DS has already attacked him with cuddles! Yinster's wedding was a great distraction on saturday and we visited and put up halloween decorations yesterday so the house was very festive with skeletons, bats and spiders lol

So glad your OH is home and his scan was good. o/

Having met you on Saturday I don't know why you are on this thread as you are as thin as Diane65 and so both of you have nothing to worry about. My weight definitely needs to be brought under control as I have at least a stone and half to lose. I manage to lose a few pounds but then a wedding or holiday comes along and I put it all back on again.

Aww thanks Biggins, still have a BMI over 25 :( my frame is incredibly small, wee hands, wee tiny feet so I'm still classed as overweight!
Thanks to everyone for all the support over the last week, you are all super support stars!

Great to hear your OH is doing well Moggers. I've just got back from smashing my 5k PB. 31:25. I want that 30 minute mark broke by Xmas. My calf is throbbing right now though as I really pushed myself. Will throw some ice on it shortly

Weigh in day and unsurprisingly I've out on 1lb. I'm actually seeing this as a positive because I ate like Robert Baratheon over the weekend, especially Sunday when I was hungover and feeling sorry for my pounding head lol. Oh well, I ran yesterday and sweated it out my system and I'll be running more through the week and try make it up. Just sitting here drinking my green tea and thinking healthy :P
