My fibromyalgia pains have been so bad the past week, especially today in my legs a 5 minute walk took me half an hour & I thought about calling an ambulance. Feel awful whenever I have to go sick from work, but telling myself that it's justified.....if I can't walk, I can't exactly teach!! Will be staying in tomorrow & taking it easy, & hoping it's a better day!! Sorry for the rant. Good to let it all out on here sometimes :(

Very sorry to hear this and wish you much improvement and relief soon, ClareBarr.
Thanks ejwrank x

So saddened to hear this too and please try to not feel guilty (I know that's easier said than done). Just by using the term only says you are feeling guilty for working 2 days but 2 days is what your body can cope with at the moment. Working full time in perfect health is so much easier than 2 days with a chronic health condition so don't knock yourself! Do something nice while you are resting, watch a lovely film light some fragrant candles just whatever you need to feel good in yourself. :bighug:
Thanks Diane, I will definitely be relaxing today. I have some lovely candles that my friends gave me for my birthday last week, so will be lighting those today. I also was given lots of chocolates...bad for the waistline but good for me today!! Think I'll probably be off work again tomorrow at this rate, with the way I still feel today x

Organising tickets for theatre trip to see Ghost in Glasgow this evening. 40 folk coming with me!
Obviously this was organised a while ago but there's always a mad rush at the end.
I'm sure I'll enjoy show when I get there but still got ironing and hospital visit to do plus a shower! :p

Waiting for a delivery of my new hob between 7am and 8pm hence been up and dressed since 6.30am  I start booking trips when I have too much time on my hands and working out how little I can survive on and how many extra hours I can work to make this happen  Best get on with housework before I do something I might regret :shifty: I'm not good at staying in for a whole day so will go for a walk when OH gets up so he can be on hob control.
