I took the night buses home and got home at 2am! Well worth it though, had two brilliant nights. My friend went every night and some days too! She was feeling it yesterday, when we met up for a friend's birthday party!cheekyweelassie wrote:That's why I didn't go for any tickets! I can't afford taxis, and couldn't work out how on earth to get home. Boo hiss! I wish I was a bit braver, as a friend went and said it was superb.raj101 wrote: Only problem with this Bluesfest is getting home afterwards....I got back at 4am... and woke up at noon....
Yes, great views from anywhere. For Gregory Porter and Natalie Cole, we got stalls seats, for All Star Tribute to Bobby Bland we got Circle, last row before the gallery (a couple of old ladies sat next to me for 2 minutes and said they could not cope with the height, and left to change seats), for Ronnie Wood we got the Arena, right down in the centre. All amazing seats. For Bobby Womack, my friend got upgraded to a box!MrD wrote: What were the allocated seats like ? - Went to the Albert Hall years ago to see Eric Clapton so know you get a pretty good view from anywhere in the venue
Here's a couple of snaps
