Cant fathom it. Horrible news but glad he is at rest, though he deserves more life more than many.

RIP Nelson. Probably the last genuine hero.

For me his legacy will always be about "working together" to solve differences and problems, and emphasising against resentment or vengeance. He would tell some of his own followers for trying to seek revenge or turn bullying the other way round. He preached unity and equality NOT Rights for one race/colour/nationality but equal rights for everyone. Even in his final days in bed he still tried to press that message on through his family. Of course he would, because nothing will hold him back, not even 27 years of imprisonment. What he had achieved is beyond legendary. S.Africa still has many problems but Mandella's legacy (what a story his life has been) will inspire future greats to resolve those problems around the world, hopefully.

RIP Nelson Mandella.
