I was up early to see the snowboarding, mainly because my grandson decided to wake up at 6! I thoroughly enjoyed the commentary, hearing the guy choking back tears had me crying as well.

Fantastic work by the Dutch team in the speed skating, C_T.

Just wish the BBC could have used BBC3&4 for the coverage, I find the red button has a limited selection. Ice skating now on and I am going to sit back and enjoy.

Try channel BBC RB 301, it shows hours of figure skating.

Thanks Beate, was using the 'ordinary' RB while on a bbc channel. As thetv has various options as to,sky, freesat and terrestrial I can flick to my hearts content. Have set sky remote tpo RB channel and can use the others for other viewing. o/

Beautiful figure skating by Tatiana Volosozhar, Maxim Trankov last night. They looked like they were really having fun out there on the ice with an interpretation of a waltz routine.

I'm all over the place with these red button channels. Now have coverage on the notebook as well! The womens skeleton went off the TV when we have the :cross: :cross: chance of a medal winner. Will be back on at 4:50.

I have appreciated all these sports while awake in the early hours, showing how much they enjoy their sport. Seen one of the commentators in Bermuda shorts today, apparently it is very warm there and the organisers are having trouble keeping the snow and ice in the downhill events.

Bet OH will choose that time to Skype me :shifty: :shifty: YES he did, but his son wanted to talk to him so said I didn't mind waiting.
