Thats not what they told me on live chat yesterday, they need to get their act together and decide whether they have been delayed or despatched :confused: Like you I ordered mine Odeon on the 15th Feb, the day it was posted, and the Morrisons on 20th Feb when Betty Botter posted it. Maybe we should all be threatening with Trading Standards.

I received an email from them to try a month for free so have signed up. Still needed to link it to my PayPal so need to cancel it after trial is over... I know all the info is on their website but you guys will be quicker in answering than it will be for me to find it: How long after signing up do I need to cancel to ensure payment won't be taken? Plus what is the link to live chat to cancel? Thanks!
