User control panel

I'm very befuddled today and cannot find where in my control panel, I change my clock settings.

Can some kind soul point me in the right direction please?

The Sparrow:

User Control Panel at top of page, then Board Preferences at the side of that page. You can then select your time zone or simply check the BST/Daylight saving box.

Thanks. Now I know why it seem so confusing even though I had it set to Summertime. For some strange reason I was using the Azores! WTF? :confused:

I am trying to change my avatar as had enough of kermit, I tried to upload a new one, even tried one of my old ones from here and nothing happens, where am I going wrong :confused: I have done this several times before and never had these problems the size is below what it states.

Any help appreciated.

I've just tried changing my avatar and all I get is a blank screen, no error messages. Something's wrong with the site. It needs AYBG to look at this.
