Wow, RIP Peaches Geldof. A second generation of the Geldof family to lose their mother - that is just so sad. It must have been hard enough for her to lose a parent at such a young age and now her kid has to go through the same trauma. Heartbreaking really
Member no. 55 of the "100 free films in 2014" club - 46 movies seen 54 to go. Target 72

0 freebies coming up, seen 26 previews, seen 12 non-previews so far - yippee...pa*d for 8 - Hubble 3D 5.50, Non-stop 6.60, Transcendence 6.60, The Amazing Spiderman II 3D 7.38, Love Punch 5.94, Locke 5.31, The other woman 5.94, The monuments men 5.31 and cancelled another 5 for various reasons. Purchased a Cineworld Card, so I'm seeing a lot less free films as i am not travelling as far to see them.

Apparently she lives near the in-laws. OH is there on Friday. I wonder what the 'village version' is :crying:.

Bob Geldof said 'how is this possible we will never see her again?', when I lost my grandparents and just recently a friend this is what I found hardest. I know my next statement sounds dumb, but death is so final, when it's expected, it's hard, when it's unexpected, no easier... It's just hard to think you will never see someone again and you try and remember the last time you saw them, last words you said etc. If I'd known that the card I received at Christmas would have been the last from my friend, I wouldn't have recycled it etc. Peaches' sons will be too young to remember last words, so my sympathies with them to grow up motherless and no memories

It so sad, history repeating itself all over again, 2 little boys both still under 2 with no mummy. :( It seems her last tweets included old photo's from her childhood, her last tweet was of her and her mum, but I think the saddest photo she posted in light of what has happened is her baby surround by her old photo's with her mum.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

What a terrible loss for poor Bob and family. I feel genuinely sad for him, hes one of the nicest stars in the world and doesn't deserve this, not to mention the grand kids. Unfortunately he will now most likely feel directly responsible, doubly unfair, a crux on the back of a guy who tried to help save he world must feel terrible for not saving his daughter.

Goes to show all the money in the world is no good if you aren't around to use it. Now this might sound presumptious but obvious has to be the better word -it almost certainly was drug damage -so don't do hard drugs, youngsters! They screw up your insides, and your make-up kit doesn't help keeping them young.

RIP P Geldof.
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

I was really shocked when I heard this yesterday. It's always sad when someone so young dies, but with two young children and her family history makes it all the more tragic.
