Re: Football
I find it really odd, that anger management guy on the radio said it was his emotions, frustrations etc. Tough t*tty, you get pa*d how many thousands a week regardless of whether you score or not, keep it in check!

Re: Football
Throw Suerez out of the World Cup and his club should stop p*ying him mega bucks and p*y him minimum wage until he learns how to behave like a human being and not a bloody cannibal!

Re: Football
This morning, someone (maybe on Sky) was saying that Liverpool fans will defend him. I only know a handful (I tend not to hang out with the great unwashed
), but in my mind I thought 'I don't think so mate', I don't know how it can be defended. Also, what if he had bitten another Liverpool player, say Gerrard the other day?

Re: Football
I have seen a few people defending him and accusing others of sour grapes because he knocked England out of the World Cup. However, I have also seen a great many more calling his actions deplorable and saying he is a bad role model for children.
It's not the first time he has bitten someone. I could understand passion and frustration coming into it the first time but by the third time, he should know how serious this is. He has actually assaulted another person in front of millions of witnesses around the world. It cannot be condoned. If the Italian player had retaliated by smacking Suarez in the face and smashing his teeth out, would that be acceptable? I might applaud his actions but it still wouldn't make it right.
Suerez should be sued for assault and serve a jail sentence. He's violent and a danger to his fellow professionals. If a fan did the same on the terraces, you can be damn sure the fan would end up in court!

If he was a canine, he would have been put down by now! Rabid dog springs to mind.

Re: Football
That's what the guy on Sky said - if you owned a dog who had bitten your child three times, you would have had him put down. Perhaps he should get a ban for life from World Cups, Premier League, Champions League. I'm sure he has enough money to survive on anyway.

Re: Football
He must be the football world's equivalent of an MP... an MP can get away with fiddling expenses by claiming depression etc, whereas if you or I stole from our employers, we'd end up in court. The Sparrow wrote: If a fan did the same on the terraces, you can be damn sure the fan would end up in court!
