Is this to my right or the person(s) I am facing - so my left? I'm going out tonight so want to make the right impression!
That would be to your right, however I seriously do not recommend that you try this on a live date dude! Especially on a first date as you will risk making it obvious that your trying to do something with your head and it will probably backfire and make you look silly! Save this pose for photo purposes and just be yourself tonight, I'm sure she will fall head over heels over you :)

Best of luck to you buddy

:D Wasn't a date but a reunion of colleagues. Completely forgot about the head tilting. A good night though.

- Place fist above naval while grasping fist with other hand

- Lean over a chair or counter top and drive your fist towards yourself with an upward thrust.
Funnily enough I have a fish bone stuck in my throat!

I went to Uni with a girl who's from a family of strict Muslims. Her brother gave me a lift home once and they got home at 11pm, so her father went mad with them. The father started shouting at the brother so he put his head down. The father then said 'Look at me when I am talking to you', so he started to look at his dad. Then the dad said 'How dare you look at me when I am telling you off'. My friend said her brother didn't know where to look so his head was going up and down, up and down. This advice kind of reminds me of that!

That is horrid , poor you, you know you can go to A&E to have it removed

Also it could be the bone has been swallowed but may have left a scratch inside your throat giving you the impression the bone is still stuck there

If it is very uncomfortable then an afternoon at A&E with a good book to read while waiting would be the order of the day

It's not very comfortable, I keep coughing, hopefully it will dislodge with eating a banana.
