I copied you asamaic and ended up heading off to bed at 9.30pm with a Cadbury's options and a good book to stop me eating.
Well, well, well Preston1990 I too went to Weatherspoons and even though your meal was tempting I was well behaved and chose the healthy option. Super berry granola with semi skimmed milk (300 calories)
Ham salad wholemeal sandwich followed by a mango and passion fruit yoghurt (290 calories)
Weight watchers chicken hotpot (266 calories) (time factor hence microwave meal but better than a bar of chocolate)
Just noticed too few calories for the day so will have a healthy snack when I get home. Still on the water
