Considering that I had low expectations of this film, and that my husband had deigned to come along with me, I was remarkably surprised by how much I enjoyed this film. There were many laugh out loud moments, and even my husband was laughing, so it must have been funny! The younger boy was horrid, the older boy a wimp, and Ed Helms played the role of father in pretty much the same way as he plays anything else. Some of the funniest moments were taken by other actors - namely Chris Hemsworth (obviously enjoying the role), the four police officers at Four Corners Monument, and the scene at the Grand Canyon, when the family go white water rafting with Charlie Day - excellent. Overall, not a bad comedy at all. Infinitely better than Trainwreck, which barely raised a smile. 8/10 :D

My BF thought it was rubbish, however like everyone else here I was surprised how much I chuckled my way through this and although you knew what was going to happen when it did, it didn't seem to matter - it was still funny.

Saw this tonight in Leicester sq. Was only 60% full, in one of their "premier screens".

Actually was quite fun, as a old school fan, I had already invisioned this was gonna be dumb and dumber to but after huge lashings of "holiday road" I would recomend it.

Heck Beverly still looks good, shame about Chevy tho :p

Hope there's a sequal like it aludes to :)

Totes brilliant! Definitely a homage to the original series of films, but without rehashing the same old gags. Nicely original. Lots more toilet humour, but perhaps a little too many F-bombs than necessary. Poor, poor Chevy. Was sad to see.
MrsMcG's new car is just like the Prancer! Lol.
Silly silly fun, but great fun by the bucket load. This film is as funny as Trainwreck wasn't!
I just about split myself with the various cow scenes and also the chick in the Ferrari. Oops! I'm still lolling at that!

I found this film very funny and the spa pool mix up was one of my favourite scenes. All the actors played their parts well and I thought the brothers in the film were brothers in real life they looked so similar.

I know a lot of it was tongue in cheek but it was just the tonic after a busy day at work. 7/10

Saw this film a couple of week ago. So much funnier than I expected. Although the rating on IMDB is only 6.3, it is still an extremely funny movie! They nailed it with the humour.

Wasn't expecting much from the movie to be honest. Laughed from the titles right though to the end. The way some jokes were set up and put to the side only to be finished later was clever. Rude and crude and very funny

Definitely wasn't as funny as the original films, it lacked throughout. Chris Hemsworth was the funniest an the star of the show albeit a small part of the film. I wouldn't watch it again.
