You're also welcome to post on the wanted board if you've missed out. Although I think posts in Swaps don't count towards your total but they may get you started on your first free film. Also check out Offered.
And also depending where you are there are additional films listed in the regional boards. For example London has a 'misc free films thread' for more random free film events that may not be to everyone's taste.

I think Beate has a system to culling, as a newbie you have a certain amount of time before you end up on the list. The people who get to me are repeat offenders for years who never contribute but happy to take.

Yep and who then sign back up, complain they were mysteriously culled then still don't post.

hehe, people need to realise that the more they post, the more people will get to know them and in turn more likely to give them tickets than a stranger posting in wanted all the time!

People who say they can't post because they haven't seen a film yet seem to totally overlook our huge General Discussion forum, among other places to hang out while you're here!

Thanks guys for the feedback; I've been reading around the various topics and as you've said the General board is quite diverse. I don't tend to comment unless I can constructively add to the conversation, but maybe it's time I just waded in!!

nope no alert for the martian on FF, I did get one for the theatres codes thread. So it's just FF that's the problem.
