So a few months ago I signed up for a 5k (fun) run, if ya like, called the Speed of Light/Supernova....it's on the 7th November at 7pm! Running roon' the Kelpies in falkirk. My friends son is 10yrs old and has CF and really wanted to run it with me and he could raise some money for the Butterfly Trust at the same time....he wanted to dive with the sharks at deep sea world but docs advised against it, I guess this is the next best thing
Anyhoo my 'justforalaugh' fun run has taken a more serious turn and now I come here asking for donations, any help is really appreciated. Please visit Kai's justgiving page, the link to donate is.....

Hi Michelle. I've been to the page and made a donation to a great cause.
I think you would be better including the just giving page on your post here as it saves folk having to go to your signature . . . .make it as easy as possible for folk to give!
