Re: Sicario
I thought this was pretty decent as well. Agree that there was a thin plot and not much in terms of character development, but was interesting and tense nonetheless. The soundtrack perfectly matched the mood of the film and some of the sequences were intense.Scottbsteel wrote:I really enjoyed this film , the cinematography was outstanding along with the soundtrack which added so much to the atmosphere , superb performances all round ,

It was a great thriller, I never knew how the plot would play out and the ending was superb. 9/10

I really didn't enjoy this film. My friend and I were so confused when we looked after the screening and saw it was being hailed film of the year!

Re: Sicario
I was lucky enough to go to be invited to the premiere for this. I can only describe it as very intense. I spent most of the film trying to work out what was going on as they purposely keep you in the dark. Quite a good film but I was a bit frustrated with the storyline in terms of Emily Blunts character in the ending scenes.
7/10
