We are delighted to have a few complimentary tickets to Hagen Quartet at Wigmore Hall on Monday 18thApril at 7.30pm.

There is an edge of anxiety and restlessness about both of the works in the first half of this concert. The Hagen Quartet pairs Mozart’s String Quartet in D minor, the only minor key work among his six quartets dedicated to Haydn, with György Kurtág’s Hommage à Mihály András, completed in 1978.

The programme closes with Schubert’s mournful String Quartet in A minor, arguably one of his most hauntingly melancholic pieces.

Following the phenomenal decade-long success of The Agatha Christie Theatre Company, which sold over two million tickets and continually played to packed houses around the UK, Bill Kenwright presents a new production from the pen of the legendary award-winning writing team Levinson and Link, whose work includes the mystery series Murder, She Wrote and Columbo.

The star cast includes leading stage and TV actor ROBERT DAWS, best known for The Royal and Outside Edge, and his wife and co-star from The Royal, AMY ROBBINS, who also starred in Blood Brothers in the West End; and from the record-breaking Agatha Christie Theatre Company, ROBERT DUNCAN, best known for Drop the Dead Donkey, SUSAN PENHALIGONwho starred in the gripping drama Bouquet of Barbed Wire and BEN NEALON from ITV’s award-winning Soldier Soldier. Stig of the Dump
It all starts when Barney falls over the edge of an old chalk pit and tumbles through the roof of a hidden den. When he looks round he sees Stig, a caveman, with shaggy black hair and bright black eyes.
Barney and Stig get on rather well together. They have to manage without language, as Stig speaks no English, but that doesn't seem to stop them. Stig becomes Barney's secret friend, because no one believes that Stig is real. They have a great time, improving Stig's den, collecting firewood, going hunting, and even catching some burglars who break into Barney's grandparents' house.

This timeless children’s classic, in a clever new stage version, remains as charming and entertaining as ever.

The Brandenburg Choral Festival of London welcomes two vocal ensembles for this fabulous concert championing the female voice! The Sussex Song Makers, a new choir from Eastbourne, performs a programme which includes music by Dowland and Morley. Reading’s Tapestry Female Voice Choir then perform a fun renaissance programme of lute songs and madrigals.

We are always delighted to be able to offer our members tickets to these wonderful classical concerts at the acclaimed London venue Wigmore Hall, a few tickets are available on Monday 25th April at 7.30pm.

Werner Güra and Christoph Berner have cultivated a sixth sense of communication in their critically acclaimed partnership. They begin by exploring the five songs of Schumann’s Op. 127, two of which were originally conceived as part of the original version of Dichterliebe, before presenting works from Brahms’s Deutsche Volkslieder together with four enchanting songs by Clara Schumann.
