100% Salford puts the humanity in to statistics as we examine what it is to live in this incredible, varied city in 2016. In a way that graphs and pie-charts never could, this bold and staggeringly ambitious project explores the cultural trends and social make-up of Salford through the prism of 100 people who perfectly represent the city’s population based on age, gender, household type,geography and ethnicity, painting a rare portrait of a complex city.

Music icon Rita Coolidge has won two Grammy® Awards. Her song-styling crosses three genres, rock, pop and jazz, over more than a dozen albums, including 1978’s multiplatinum Anytime… Anywhere. An influential force amid the iconic music that built the pop/rock universe, several of her singles have become classics: We’re All Alone, Higher And Higher and The Way You Do The Things You Do as well as hit collaborations with Kris Kristofferson. Support comes from the soulful, husky voice of Jon Allen and his roots, blues and folk music. He has played several support gigs for Damien Rice, KT Tunstall and Jose Gonzalez among others.
