We are delighted to have a few complimentary tickets to Glimpses of 'The Seagull', at Leicester Square Theatre this Tuesday and Wednesday.
A one-of-a-kind show fusing excerpts of Chekhov's classic text 'The Seagull' with live music.
With a classical score score from David Le Page (violinist/composer) pitched against tour-de-force performances from rising stars of international theatre Nesley Joy and Kerim Verdi, this promises to be a very special event.

Public Enemy - Thursday at the IndigO2 (Smaller venue inside the O2 Dome North Greenwich)
http://www.showfilmfirst.com/pin/914426
Public Enemy to Play only London Headline Show, with a live band, - Indigo at The O2.
Few artists or bands in history have impacted not only a genre, but culture in general. Public Enemy are one such band, they are a force which has transcended music into popular culture, and social consciousness. Formed on Long Island in 1982, Public Enemy are inductees to the Rock & Roll hall of fame - only the 4th Hip Hop group to achieve this - their politically charged music striking a chord with a disenchanted youth throughout the 1980’s.

The Guild Hall and Charter Theatre, Preston.
Saturday 18th June, Lady Sings the Blues
Billie Holiday, alongside Marilyn Monroe and James Dean, is one of the most enduring popular icons of the 20th century. Frank Sinatra wrote “every major pop singer in the US has been touched by her genius. She was and still remains the greatest single musical influence on me. Lady Day is unquestionably the most important influence on American popular singing in the last 20 years”
Lady Sings The Blues presents the music of Billie Holiday chronologically through the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s using many of the original arrangements. It is the closest that any of us will ever get to hearing that tremendous repertoire performed live, properly, just as it was when it was first performed all those years ago.

Tuesday 21st June – Kindly Leave the Stage
The show is a celebration of fun, mayhem and thespian mischief and is of a similar format to ‘Noises off’ a play within a play. The ensemble go head to head as they play the characters in the play and the actors who are in the play…. sound confusing, well it’s not! – It’s a fast-paced farce which is easy to watch and a lot of fun! You’ll see jealousy, revelations and the precious actor’s egos revealed. Some crisp writing and hilarious ‘double entrendres’ from John Chapman.

We are delighted to have just a few tickets for the critically acclaimed and what promises to be a hilarious evening of comedy -Return of the Grumpy Old Women. Fifty Shades of Beige at the Ashcroft Theatre in Fairfield Halls on Thursday 23rd June at 8pm.
Returning after a critically acclaimed, total sell-out spring 2015 tour the Grumpies are back to knock some sense into the nation. Perrier Award-winning comedian, writer and original star of Grumpy Old Women Jenny Eclair will be joined by fellow recruits Susie Blake (Mrs Brown's Boys, Coronation Street) and actress and singer Kate Robbins (Where The Heart Is, Casualty).
This jam-packed show includes... learning the art of 'Grumpy Grooming', the joy of large pants, a free nagging master class (how to get your own way without him even noticing), beards for women, which style will suit you? Complimentary Anger Management workshop, middle-aged drinking: the rules, navigating the smorgasbord of worry, voluntary euthanasia vs. retirement, how to customise an unwanted pole dancing kit and a mercifully brief Zumba demonstration. All this and more! Come and bask in an orgy of fury and big laughs in this glorious live version of the hit TV show.
