Re: Football
pretty much written in stone it was going to be a relegation fightf from the start, but the silver lining has to be that Ashley will now certainly sell Newcastle to someone who will finance it properly now hes finished turning it back into the Yo-yo club of pre-Keegan era. You cant spend nothing on good players for years and then panic b*y at the end to try and keep your investment up., sport doesn't work that way.

Re: Football
Very interesting offer for football in the cinema. I read in metro Vinnie Jones will play Nigel Pearson in film about Jamie Vardy.

Re: Football
hey England actually won a match.
vs a country 1/50th its size and nearly lost to them but, a win for once is a start. lol at the way they celebrated, you'd think they'd beaten brazil.
had a lot of fun popping my hed into pub windows on the way home and shouting "wa-yals" when they down though.

Re: Football
Crazy - now England are in the toughest part of the draw for the Euros and could end up if they progressed to the final having to play France, Germany, Spain or Italy !
Only consolation - yesterdays Germany game they dominated as much as we did v Slovakia and they still only scored 1 goal !
Well done England, Wales and Northern Ireland - come on ROI

He, he. Me too! I got into the Russia Vs Wales match. Especially 63 minutes in when Joe Allen was dodging about 4 Russian players and then got shoved, school playground style by Mamaev.
