Flexible working questionnaire

A friend of mine is doing a Masters in HR. If anyone has time, please can you fill in her questionnaire for her dissertation

There are a few questions that are repeated, she's aware of this and will remove the duplicate for the final analysis.

Thank you, she needs 100 people to do it, so she is now over the 50 mark with your answers. She'll be happy.

Ive passed on your comments that is was quick and easy, so if ever she does another she knows to do it the same way, as no one wants to spend hours doing a questionnaire.
