Thanks steve9872
I tried to post the location map, but it would not show up although it does in preview. Weird. I will try again tonight.

What does everyone think of the above?
Quite a few of them are just to meander through as we are walking past. I know that I am ridiculous at times with what I think that we can fit in a day. Thinking of the Royal Armouries in the morning leaving at about 11ish and meander across the city incorporating the Victorian arcades and the Minster as its just over a mile walk to the meet up (15 minute brisk walk) so plenty of time to soak up the architecture on our way past (added bonus not being frog marched across Leeds by me).
After the meet up do the city museum and walk through the corn exchange passing the cathedral - just to enjoy the scenery.
Steve9872 if I am missing anything please just say.

I have even found this myself - I just love the building

Bearing in mind I'm parkrunning at 9am, I don't think I'll make the start of your sightseeing wander, Diane65. But I should hopefully be able to catch up with you part-way through?
I'll message you my number so you have it.

Preferred cinemas:
Vue West End, Cineworld Haymarket, Odeon West End, Odeon Leicester Square, Empire Leicester Square, Cineworld O2, Cineworld Shaftesbury Avenue and Odeon Panton Street, followed by anywhere in central(ish) London.

Diane, PXC thanks for organising and booking venues etc, once again! And thanks Steve for inviting everyone to your local town.
Looking forward to another great fmukcon, always a highlight for me, every year :)
I will be bringing my telescope again but this time staying local, no staying out of town! If skies are clear, I invite you all to join me on Monument Moor on the Friday and Saturday evenings (from 8:30pm to 10pm-ish), where it will be my pleasure to give you a tour of worlds outside our own.

See you all soon!

Pxc, what time did you book the Eagle Tavern for? What time should we all be there?
Diane, I think Asamic and I can join you at the Royal Armouries around 11am, give or take 15 minutes. Its a 15min bus journey from our parkrun. A bus 28 leave 10:42am or 11:02am....(and yes, I checked the right day of the bloody timetable this time!)
