If anyone has played the recent game that this is based on, the difference in quality between the game (which is a work of art) and this (which is a lazy movie in which the budget runs out half an hour in, very noticeably) is vast. The opening London bike chase is the best bit, which says a lot for an adventure movie set abroad! There are occasional decent bits in the movie,as if someone clever did have some limited input into the film.
save your money and play the stonkingly good 2013 game, which is made by a team of geniuses (plus one crap guy who created the melee combat, that sucked). This movie was made by a team of lunkheads, plus one bright spark (probably a speccy bright chick with glasses who grew up loving the games).

Re: Tomb Raider
absolute rubbish, acting was a joke, not even the bad guy had anything of worth to say, felt like whom ever wrote/directed this grew up watching street fighter the movie/hackers ect
the flashing fx will drin you, and the shakey cam was a joke
just like the original game, this is a indy ripp off, but kingdom of the Crystal skull was better than this toot.
i would of walked out but was hoping it may of gotten better, no such luck, even the end credit scene was immediately shown after the ending (a sure sign the studio knows the film is rubbish)
