I'm Jay and I'm a Poetry PhD student at Glasgow Uni, but I also really love movies. Frankly, I get so little time to myself with work and writing that if I get a free break nowadays I prefer to watch a movie rather than read a book, as shocking as that sounds! Movies are a perfect way to engage my mind without taking out a large chunk of my entire day, and it's great to share them with others. The only preview movie I've ever seen was Law Abiding Citizen, but I'm eager to get into seeing more movies soon. Great to meet you all!
