I saw a really good Korean thriller tonight: Mother

Unfortunately, very few theatres are showing it. I you have the chance, go and se it; definitely one of my favourite film so far this year!

The Road

I'm still waiting to see Exit Through The Gift Shop, Enter The Void and Lourdes. I'm just totally out of the loop with films this year.

I've been desperate to see Mother for a while now. Bong Joon-ho is a really exciting film maker.

I loved the Blind Side and The Rebound. Still plenty more to see this year!

Much like yourself, having seen Inception on a normal screen I was very keen and determined to watch it in IMAX. I managed to convince a friend to see it at the IMAX in Odeon Manchester Printworks, which I believe is one of the largest screens in the UK. It was definitely worth it because the effects were just mind-blowing! I would highly recommend it!

I'm going back to the Odeon Manchester Printworks on Saturday morning but this time to see Avatar IMAX 3D Special Edition :)
Yes the Printworks is a GOOD one - I saw Persia there in IMAX.
I am going to see Inception at the BFI IMAX next week and then Avatar Special Ed the following week! Can't wait to see either of these in IMAX.
Let me know your thoughts on Avatar IMAX when you see it today

For me the best films I have seen this year have to be Kick Ass, Inception and Scott Pilgrim vs the World. Films that don't quite make it into my 'best' list would be Shutter Island and Toy Story 3 but these were both still good!

I also want to see Dinner for Schmucks, I've heard good things!
