Like Ms Thrifty, I'm not goog at sitting still.

Maybe I could learn something interesting - fishing (OH wants to start sea fishing & I could join in), play the piano.....

Glad you enjoyed it, hdaniel82, and it is a great place to visit, but it's not that long since I last went there. Think I've exhausted that area for a while but to anyone who hasn't been, I recommend it - and the Savill Garden Visitor Centre nearby.

@ ms_t, I would look to see what fun activity I could do like riding a fast car or going bunjee jumping or something as fun and exhilarating so I could look back and know my day was not wasted.

Riding definitely sounds like a good idea, a_person! You know what they say, save a horse ride a cowboy! o/ More exhilarating and less dangerous than bunjee jumping so I'll stick to that :p

Wow, you guys are so adventurous - wish I'd thought of such exhilarating activities earlier. In fact, I've found a whole lot more boring chores to do but I used to love being driven (not driving myself!) fast. An ex-boyfriend had a Caterham 7 sports car he had built from a kit and it was really just like a roller skate with seats, it was that low and fast. Those were the days...
