Really? I haven't read every post on the Inception thread, but I doubt anyone would have written anything bad! Fincher has an even bigger following than Nolan (for diehard cinephiles)

I think if you read AYBG's post he was quite critical... I also don't think he liked it as much as everyone who watched it did.

There looks to be an interesting documentary on at the London Film Festival about deception and social network sites called Catfish:

Critical as a response to the nonsense "masterpiece" talk.

Anywho, Fincher is my favourite director, and I'm absolutely looking forward to this. It's not a Facebook cash-in - it's pretty damn controversial and it's picking up some great reviews. The hype is going so far as to suggest it's one of the best films of all time.

The movie has opened on Rotten Tomatoes with 100%, with comparisons to The Godfather and Citizen Kane.

a_person, I seriously think you should reconsider your stance. All indication is that this is the movie of the decade.

Hence I think thats why there's a delay with little white lies, because it's trying to preview this film or if not I am sure one of those other "film clubs" wants to preview it.

The sound track was composed by Trent Reznor. I'm a big fan of his. o/

The 5 tracks were brilliant, half tempted to b*y the 5.1 blu ray, I'll wait until I've seen the film, but there's a good chance it'll be playing in my room frequently come November.
