Wanted - York Friends and tickets please !!!

A bit cheeky this one, but the Spanner family are off to York for a few days 10th-14th Aug and i was wondering if anyone would be free to meet us for a bite to eat/drink/chat. I love to meet new fmukkers and thought why not add to the great people I've met so far. The best days for us would be the 13th & 14th so if anyone's interested lemme know....
also if any York screenings come uo for these dates could someone nab me 4 tickets please? Those of you who know my account details, can just use them.

Hi Spanner, we'd loved to meet up At Vue in York they are showing MEERKATS 13th August and PAUL BLART: MALL COP 14th August as part of their Childrens cinema. Its £1.75 for the child and free for the adults, usually about 10am. Not sure if that's any good, but so far no tickets in York for awhile

I've got an English Heritage if you want to borrow it which will get you into Cliffords Mount, a Norman Castle almost in the centre of York. Its great and has the added bonus of great views. There are other houses/events you can use it for too http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/server/show/nav.854

It's slightly scary being in your sights, but exciting too! I was talking with Allsinging and Cortone last night and we'd all love to meet up if at all possible: whilst there're no screenings as yet, we're keeping our fingers crossed.
