Basically I'm terrified of the dentist and will only go if I get sedation. they won't do that anymore but recommended me to a surgery that does gas and air. So I've been doing that. I've had about 12 appointments so far - she takes it really slow with me which is great, about 4 appointments to do the root canal as it was a strong tooth 8O. anyway I've got hopefully 2 more appointments to go.

Strange thing is, I've not pa*d anything or been asked to p*y 8O
Oh no, sounds dreadful.

Don't worry they'll catch up with the money. Very rarely do such people forget.
I'd have to take out a loan, the amount of work that has been done and the cost. I did ask once and was told you don't p*y

You youngsters are so lucky. In the olden days dentists were payed by how much they drilled and filled, but nowadays its all preventative and minimal treatment

I have to p*y but OH doesn't as of a certain age. Have you got a dentist insurance to p*y for you maybe? Recently, I needed a tooth fixed as a bit broke off and as the visit had been so close after a routine check-up I got it for free as he said we could somehow tag it onto that.

if you're living with them next year, you just want a peaceful life to get through your uni years. Trust me, I know how bitchy uni kids of your age can get.
Yeah thats exactly my point a_person :S i said today that I 'misplaced' my sheets and she didnt think anything else of it, it would be for coursework and i never even thought about plagarism but i know my uni cracks down on it, so i definnitely wont be sharing any hand outs!
there own fault for not showing up!

oh god dentist talk D: I had one bad experience with a dentist and a needle....she was trying to drill down one of my teeth which didnt need drilling(it was a milk tooth and due to drop out soon), another dentist actually had to come in and 'save' me, not surprisingly that dentist doesnt work there any more! :S
Youve reminded me of an appointment i have next month :( uh oh
I seriously diisagree with dentists and needles now D:

oh god that is just disgusting, how old is the guy seriously? 8O
I think you should d o the sandpaper option lmao, or better yet, put ridicuulously sticky super glue there, and it your lucky his finger will get stuck to the underside of the desk. Busted! ;)

I have a p*y half insurance, but the amount of treatment and gas and air etc that I've had, will cost a fortune if I end up having to p*y. I would have to do it in installments.

My phobia comes from being smacked round the face by a dentist when I was about 5 8O
