Yesterday my manager made me cry (I had to hold it back in front of him but I did it straight afterwards!!) and the only thing I could think of is to get a new job and the get the hell out of here.

oh no that's awful, no job is worth that. I have cried at work, but not because of the manager, but because of frustration at my lack of sleep and making silly ( and some not so silly) mistakes. My manager is great as she never gets angry or annoyed, and is really kind to you. ON the other hand, she's not very reactive when it comes to telling lazy people off etc.

Hope you feel better after the cry

preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

I have no idea, well I do but I still don't know :/
Basically with his old gf he always ditched simon and almost lost him as a friend, so this time he's kept me quiet and always gone out with him because he thinks hell react badly.
But at the same time, whilst doing everything for him, he's ditcing me now.
We've already had arguments over it and he's explained hell tel him when he's ready, then he said he'd tell him after a year because they'd be significant evidence that he won't ditch him with me, yet the year mark has come and past :/

Can I just say that I think your bf is a little immature? Mates and girlfriends are not mutually exclusive.
