I remember last time I was in Panton Street. I asked a lady was the seat next to her taken? she said yes. She was sitting behind me and the seat was occupied by her stuff for the whole time!!!!Or just put your bag there and say your bag needs to watch the film too!!!!

And we had no disturbance at our end, although two of the females to my right laughed a lot when it wasn't really that funny but I can forgive that. Our row was completely full btw.a_person wrote:Near the back somewhere in the corner.I wanted to sit somewhere on the lower level except I'm abit short so I find it uncomfortable on lower seats since I can't see over people's head!
What about you?
And you say, sharing is caring! And remember to take some of her popcorn to show how it's done!platini_ng wrote:She may say my bag and shopping were luxury. Superhero, you should have asked to watch another film!!! Especially now you know that there were free seats available! If I had your number, I would text you in to say "there are still odd ones here and there. Quick, get in!!! "

I understand your point, if I don't think it will be pretty full, I tend to go in later too! Most of the time, my friends talk soooooooooooooooo much, the 30 minutes go so quick that I don't really mind. Then I go early for Central London ones only!superhero wrote:I know, but I am not that dedicated to sit through 1/2 hr to wait for a film to start I am afraid; but likewise I never turn up at 6.30! because there's no point for a free first come first serve film.
Hopefully they'll send you a pair of free tickets so you can go watch it at your own pleasure! I think I read someone else complained to SFF on MSE and they were sent tickets as a result. I think it was for Hangover. So hopefully the response should be the same for you. Remember to mention that there were free slots in there and you were still refused entry.superhero wrote:Lol...I know thats why I hung around for 10-15 mins hoping the manager would offer something, but nothing was offered apart from refund for popcorn, coke that were b*ght already! Normally they do offer an alternative film...but hey I am not going to complain, its a free film afterall! I just feel sorry for all the people who had a large popcorn and coke in their hands, but had nothing to watch!

No there isn't and it is such a shame that people would abuse the system like that. If people carry on like that I'm sure SFF will probably have to act on it which won't work in anyone's favour as swapping tickets will then become difficult (some cinemas don't accept the name change email for some bizzare reason!).superhero wrote:Yeah there were loads of codes for the film, but you have to be suspicious when you see the large groups. As mentioned before, there's nothing stopping people doing 4-5 copies of the same ticket
