Yes he is (or someone else also called Luke!) - I emailed using Help@showfilmfirst.com at the end of Feb because I was having problems accessing the Virgin Media Movie Previews site (me actually being stupid and using the wrong account number!) and he sorted it out for me.

Showfilmfirst Apologies for any inconvenience anyone. Apparently there was an issue on our site for about 20 minutes early this morning. It has been addressed and we are awaiting reports on why this happened. MEanwhile, to assure you we p*y for the highest levels of security and are investigating if there is anything else we can do to ensure this is in place.

I notice when I try to access Showfilmfirst I get a very scary ATTACK PAGE and a warning to get away from the site as information has been compromised. Is it now really safe to ignore that warning?

I don't think I would risk it just yet, they haven't said they have re-released the tickets either.
