If you sign up to livenation, you can be offered pre-sale tickets for some gigs. I was offered the chance to b*y tickets to the Springsteen concert in August the day before the they went on sale officially.

Also have you tried scarletmist? Its a site where you can b*y or sell spares at face value.

me and my girlfriend have just managed to get four tickets for the stereophonics at cardiff castle in october!! woohoo ! if any of the four of us drop out i'll post them up here for first refusal!

The Phonics are amazing live, seen them 3 times at Newcastle arena and a small gig at Carlisle Sands Centre.. you will have a fab time.

yeah i've seen the phonics the three times they have been at the arena too, i grew up on the phonics so to see them at cardiff castle where they played there first live gig back in 1998 is gonna be amazing.......the tickets were on 12.50 too, cos apparently thats how much they were back in 1998 at that gig......bless them, having a trip down memory lane..........favourite tour was when they did live from dakota.......awesome!
