Last Movie You Saw...

Re: Last Movie You Saw...
The last film i saw was an old one, Primal fear with Richard Gere. This came highly recommended and have been meaning to watch it for years as everybody always raves on about it but just never got round to it. So i rented it last week and finally sat down to watch it. It was brilliant, Ed norton was outstanding and the twist at the end just made me love the film more. A really great psychological thriller.

Recently watched The Matrix again after realising it had been a few years since I last saw it. Keanu's "I know Kung Fu" line cracks me up every time. What an actor. I also observed the following: Blu Ray makes the rain scenes very very shiny

Could the Site Owner clarify what films are to be discussed here please? The original message stated that free films or films with their own threads weren't to be discussed. Yet time and time again they are. IMO It doesn't make sense to have more than one place to discuss the same films.

Re: Last Movie You Saw...
I just finished watching The Last House On The Left. Eughhh, this was not a horror film. Had some very not so nice scenes in it that made me feel very uncomfortable. Really don't like "human tortury" kind of horror films.
Would definitely not recommend.

Re: Last Movie You Saw...
I agree a_person i reall
I watched Hostel and thought that was gross too. Liked Saw in a lit of a people can be unrealistic pyschos kinda way. Saw has a deeper story which leaves you thinking for ages even though the dude is too ill (health) to be so twisted.
I watched 7 pounds last and i loved it. I like Will Smith as an actor think he's very believeable. I thought it was interesting cos it took a while to figure out the plot. However I've heard other became restless and the hubby fell asleep so don't think he's give it a thumbs up. I enjoyed it though

Re: Last Movie You Saw...
I watched "The Third Nail." Another rubbish film that I won't recommend. It was just pointless and I didn't quite understand how he ended up in prison straight away. They could have foccused abit more on the storyline there, which they didn't.
Off to watch The Soloist tonight. Looking forward to that.
