He he, nothing wrong with Back to the Future 3! I just saw Aristocats on Five, a classic from my youth which I hadn't seen in a long long time. The OH had never seen it but loved it too!

Re: Last Movie You Saw...
I watched Jules et Jim on Thursday night - it was free to watch - see Bargain thread for further French films.
It is a beautifully crafted film, telling the story of a lifelong friendship between two men, Jules (Oskar Werner) and Jim (Henri Serre), and the woman they both love. The film is in black and white, and some of the imagery is particulary good. It moves along at a cracking pace, telling a very poignant love story, centred around a very complicated woman (Catherine, played brilliantly by Jeanne Moreau).
The acting by all three stars is excellent, and although the title of the film is Jules et Jim, this is reallly Jeanne Moreau's film.
Watch it if you get the chance.

The Ministers - I don't know why I watched it. Corny love and murder story 5/10
El Orfanato (The Orphange) - on Beate's recommendation! I wasn't quite sure why it was supposed to be scary. :S It did have ghosts but just normal ones! Just seemed like a normal horror film to me too. Few bits that make you jump but nothing to stop you from sleeping at night. It's okay to watch though but if you're looking to be scared, I don't think you'll find it here. 6.5/10 (deducting 3.5 for not scaring me!)

Re: Last Movie You Saw...
Lol, I think I'm going to give it a try... if it didn't seem so bad from the snippets I saw of it. Everyone on my facebook had "Watching Love Actually now." Where were you guys all watching it and what's so special about it? I didn't understand why so many people had it as their fb status.
